Our Employee Health Coaching program becomes an integral part of your overall employee development program. A companies investment in executive and employee well-being is a critical and vital part of the companies performance. The Program can be a full or condensed version of our overall offering and can have a profound impact on the overall health of employees. It gives employees some well deserved attention to their wellbeing. It can also be a gateway into our comprehensive program which integrates into your organization for a 6 month + period.
The program can compliment an existing team building event, QBR's, or during periods of organizational change and high demand. It will act as a quick means to build team cohesion, to energize and also provides support tools that can be integrated into the lives of employees. A project plan is also provided so that all sessions and activities can be tracked and scheduled effectively.
Each employee receives a nutritional and lifestyle analysis to understand the current status of their health and to define the aggregated health and wellness needs of the organization. The confidential intake is distributed after an introductory session to engage the team and initiate the program.
After health and wellness information is collected it is analyzed and prepared for presentation. Analysis period is typically a one week period to accommodate for research and development of the program and reporting. The individual nutritional information collected is considered confidential and is not shared with the organization.
Using the analyzed data, a unique set of nutritional coaching sessions are curated and delivered, detailing diet, lifestyle, and other recommendations specific to the top organizational health needs based on the health data aggregated in the intake process. Reporting is provided and presented as part of the nutritional coaching sessions.
In order to effectively implement the recommendations, provide the nutritional coaching along with the included wellbeing experiences the program should consist of a weekly offering (duration depends on scheduled activities for that week) for at least a 1-month period. A project plan is also provided so that all sessions and activities can be tracked and scheduled effectively.
We can include a series of different wellbeing experiences for employees to partake in to create engagement and help support any internal programs. The activities can include nutritional coaching, visiting a regenerative farm, virtual cooking workshops, movement, exercise, yoga and/or mindfulness sessions.

For each Executive, a full nutritional and lifestyle analysis is conducted to understand the current status of their health and to define their unique health and wellness goals. The intake is comprised of a 90 min interview and digital questionnaires. Scheduling is flexible throughout the program as we are sensitive to the demands of the organization.
After health and wellness information is collected it is analyzed and prepared for presentation. Analysis period is typically a two week period to accommodate for research and development of a curated report. The information collected is considered confidential and is not shared with the organization.
Using the analyzed data a comprehensive report is curated detailing diet, lifestyle, and supplementation recommendations based on the health goals defined in the intake process. The report is provided and paired with a consultation session to explain and present results.
In order to effectively implement the recommendations, to achieve the health and wellness goals, an attainable series of milestones is defined. The milestone period is a 12 month commitment with quarterly check-ins (30 mins each). Between quarterly milestones monthly curated communication will be provided to maintain engagement and support.
The Wellness Prep session is designed for teams ready to embark upon changes and transformations in your organization. This 30 min to
1 hr session is a perfect primer to get the team on a path towards improved focus and productivity with increased energy. We will explore supporting nutritional, physical, and environmental strategies.
The Sustainability Series runs in parallel to your major initiatives to keep engagement high and allow the team to remain excited and healthy reducing burnout and sickness. Wellness milestones and scheduled sessions are built into any project plan or as an ongoing wellness benefit for employees.
