The website www.welltransformed.com (“Site”) is owned by Well Transformed Corp. (“Well Transformed”), an Ontario corporation. By visiting and using the Site, including all materials, services and products provided by Well Transformed, you agree to these Terms of Use, which form a binding agreement between you and Well Transformed. 

In these Terms of Use, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Well Transformed; “you” or “your” refer to any user of the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and be able to consent to these Terms of Use in order to use the Site. If you are under the age of 18 and/or you do not consent to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Site. 

The Site may contain links to third party and external websites and may use third party applications that we do not operate. We do not accept any liability for the content, security or reliability contained in any such linked website or application, nor for any losses or damages you may incur as a result of your use of any such linked website or application.

The Site contains intellectual property (whether common law or registered), including text, documents, images, artwork, photos, graphics, video and audio files, HTML/CSS, Javascript, trademarks, copyright, other proprietary information, and the selection and arrangement thereof. This intellectual property is owned by Well Transformed, unless otherwise attributed, and is protected by Canadian trademark and copyright law and international conventions. You may use our intellectual property for non-commercial purposes only. You must attribute ownership to Well Transformed and link to the page on the Site or our social media platform where the intellectual property originally appears. You do not have any rights or ownership in our intellectual property whatsoever. We will take legal steps to address infringement and protect our intellectual property. 

If you visit or use the Site or purchase any of our services and products, you are considered our Limited Licensee (“Licensee”). As a Licensee, you agree and understand that you may not use the Site or any of our services and products in any manner that is unauthorized, improper or in violation of these Terms of Use. 

By commenting on the Site or by submitting information to us via our contact form, email or social media, you represent that you are the lawful owner of said information. You grant us a license to use your information in any way we see fit as it relates to our business purposes.

You acknowledge that these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement relating to your use of the Site, services and products provided by Well Transformed. 

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be submitted and heard in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

If any of the provisions of these Terms of Use are found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not, to the extent permitted by law, in any way be affected and will remain enforceable.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without notice to you. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically. Your continued use of the Site affirms your acceptance of any changes to our Terms. All rights not expressly set out and granted in these Terms and Conditions of Use are expressly reserved by us.
