Employee Wellbeing Experiences

Welcome to our Virtual Wellbeing Experiences

We provide comprehensive offerings fusing nutrition and mental and physical health through a series of different wellbeing team experiences. The experiences include nutritional coaching, virtual cooking workshops, movement and mindfulness sessions and more. 


The program can compliment an existing team building event, QBR's, or during periods of organizational change and high demand. It will act as a quick means to build team cohesion, to energize and also provides support tools that can be integrated into the lives of employees.

(60 Minute Session)  

Bring your diverse team together for a truly collaborative activity. Experience Sample site.


Ingredients are delivered (optional) to the team and everyone will cook along with our expert nutritionist. Create culture and collaborate with your team while gaining culinary skills and learning the nutritional value of the meals provided - all within the comfort

Learn how to release anxiey and stress with a mindfulness based cognitive therapist and certified Heart Math instructor. Decluttering your mind builds coherence and moves you into a state of flow. 


Virtual Mindfulness sessions can be done seated on a chair during your work day to help prevent tightness in shoulders, neck, lower back and hips. You will learn
