Virtual Cooking Wellness Experience

Welcome to your Virtual Cooking Wellness Experience

Brought to you by Well Transformed. We provide comprehensive offerings fusing nutrition and mental and physical health through a series of different wellbeing experiences. The experiences include nutritional coaching, virtual cooking workshops, movement and mindfulness sessions and more. 


We are excited to be providing you with a Virtual Cooking Experience.  Ingredients will be delivered to your homes 3-4 days prior to the experience date.  Your delivery will include all ingredients except a few pantry staples (salt, pepper, olive oil).

Experience Date: TBD from 4:00-5:30pm EST  

Meet the Chef

This virtual cooking class will give you ideas on how to prepare nutritious meals and learn the nutritional value of the meals provided all within the comfort of your home. 


We know that diet is fundamental to good health. 

Key principles of the optimal health diet include:

  • eating a rainbow assortment of fruits and vegetables
  • reduce your exposure to pesticides
  • eat to regulate your blood sugar level
  • do not over consume meat and other animal foods
  • eat the right types of fats
  • drink a sufficient amount of water each day 

Administrative Items:

  • Log into session using the meeting invite provided to you via email.  
  • Reference the recipes we’ve provided below.  
  • Watch and learn the demonstration and proper techniques to prepare a healthy meal. 
  • Feel free to ask any questions during the session in the meeting chat.

Meet the Chef

Jesse Lane Lee, BSc, CNP is a cheerful Holistic Nutritionist, motivating speaker, cookbook author. Jesse Lane is passionate about nutrition and helps positive and vibrant individuals unlock the incredible healing power of food and reclaim their health. She helps her clients adopt fun and effective habits they can get excited about.


Jesse Lane loves to play in the kitchen and create holistically delicious recipes that accommodate a wide variety of food allergies, diets, and lifestyle choices. She believes that eating healthy whole foods can be easy, fun and most of all delicious. Jesse Lane is the author of Healthy Fresh Salads, Healthy Dairy Free Desserts, Healthy Homemade Soups & Sandwiches, Healthy Holistic Pregnancy, and co-author of The Holistic In the City 21 Day Smoothie Guide. Jesse Lane has been featured in print in Clean Eating Magazine and has appeared as a guest expert on national TV including Breakfast Television, The Morning Show, and CH Morning Live.

Ginger Orange Chicken with Broccoli, Carrots, and Turnips

Ginger Orange Chicken

Chicken, carrots, parsnips and broccoli are baked in a sweet orange ginger sauce making a delicious warming winter meal.  

  • 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 small sweet potatoes, diced 3 cups
  • 1 head broccoli diced, 3 cups
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 orange, juiced and zested
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp dried rosemary
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp

Holiday Chocolate Bark

It is quick to make and you can store it in the freezer ready to be pulled out when holiday visitors drop in. You can play around with the toppings, but I like to add orange zest, pistachios, and cranberries.  

  • ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped 
  • ½ cup pistachios
  • 1 cup raw cacao powder, sifted
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
